Very pleasant sales experience. Despite being in the midst of construction, the staff went out of their way to welcome me and my wife and allow us to drive 3 cars before we decided. This is our first EV. Joe Hacker was particularly helpful in pointing out the various controls and default settings as we test drove the cars.

My wife and I purchased a 2024 Lyriq from Cole at Boucher in Waukesha. Cole was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and help us with basic setup, he continues to offer help with any questions after the sale. The price of the vehicle was already attractive so the dealership couldn't provide any further discounts however they did offer extended warranty which closed the deal for us.

I was interested in a particular pre-owned vehicle advertised on Boucher’s website. After arriving at the dealership, salesperson Cole presented the vehicle to me and I test drove it. After I got back to the dealership, Cole learned that there was a deposit a the vehicle. My overall experience with the dealership was fantastic. My salesperson, Cole, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, personable, assertive, yet not pushy. He made every effort to assist during the buying process. The dealership gave me special perks that helped me to feel 100% comfortable with my decision and desire to give them my business. To the point where I would not have went elsewhere to buy a Cadillac even if it was a little cheaper. I highly recommend buying from this location.

This was definitely one of those experiences you’ll never forget. The process was tough and a bit lengthy, but everyone stayed patient and professional throughout. I truly appreciate the finance manager, Samy, and of course the salesman, Ryan. They were both great to work with and made sure everything was handled the right way. Overall, it turned out to be a great experience, and I’m thankful for their dedication and support. Highly recommend five stars!

Very attentive! Responded to every call, every question. Maybe the best was come back with questions on your new car. As technology changes …… ok keep up. After expressing my concerns, other than my normal scheduled maintenance, they went over the vehicle thoroughly. They discovered that I needed an update on some of the electronics and a new radiator which was covered under warranty. They fixed it and explained to me exactly what the issues were and how they hoped it would clear up the concerns I had. Everything has been fine so far.

I had a great first service appointment at Boucher, they got me in quickly and were super helpful inspecting my car and told me about a warranty issue that they’ll be taking care of for me in the near future. I had a wonderful experience with both of the people I spoke with and they even washed my drivers floormat without asking. Great experience so I’d genuinely recommend service as well as buying a car from them.

Great sales experience. Service department unorganized. Initial pick up they were unable to find my keys for thirty minutes. Literally taking my car apart in the lot to find where they were placed. Second time weren’t able to identify me in their system, they were prepared to send me home without my car. Parking attendant finally had me pick out my car keys to go get my car. No follow up acknowledgment, much less apology.

Everything was very professional and Service was excellent, my only wish is that the financing process would have been in place and ready to sign rather than underwritten on the spot. I understand the reason why but that option would have saved an hour of my time and I would have been Comfortable with that process.
